Summer tickets may be used to participate in normal programs as well as in this year’s Summer School 2024 -World discovery-.

When making new reservations, summer tickets may be purchased for use during the eligibility period (2024/7/8 (Mon) 〜 9/13 (Fri)). Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for purchased tickets.

■ How to Apply

■ Payment

• After receiving your invoice, please pay in cash or via bank transfer.

■ Cancellation

• Tickets will not be refunded for absences on the day of the scheduled program.
• If a reservation is changed or cancelled after 17:00 on the day prior to the scheduled participation date, tickets will not be refunded.
• Please note that there are no refunds or ticket refunds for the 8-day package due to absence.

■ Reservation Changes

• If you notify us of your absence before 5:00 PM on the day before your scheduled participation, you may use the ticket within the periods listed below, subject to availability.
• Current students：
  Regular preschool programs：7/8 (Mon) - 7/23 (Tue) and from 8/19 (Mon) - 9/13 (Fri)
  Summer School：7/30(Tue) - 8/2(Fri) and from 8/6(Tue) - 8/9 (Fri)
  
• Non-attending children：
  Summer School：7/30(Tue) - 8/2(Fri) and from 8/6(Tue) - 8/9 (Fri)

■ About the Program

• Our summer school program will be held at our Chitofunabashi school.
• Some of our activities involve handling food. Please contact us before applying if your child has allergies.
• Participating students should bring lunch.
• We also offer a delivery lunch service. Accommodations for students with allergies is unavailable.
• Our program content may change depending on the weather and various other reasons.

■ For Non-Attending Children

• Students who are not enrolled in Knock Knock classes may participate if they are three years old. Please contact us if your child has not been toilet trained.
• Students who will start in Term 2(2024/8/19～9/6/) may participate at the same rate as currently attending students.

■ Transportation

• We offer a free shuttle service between our Chitosefunabashi and Seijo schools. (Reservation required)
• Individual transportation is offered to those who participate in our summer school for four days or more. Please contact us regarding transportation service availability.

■ Requests From Our School

• Please refrain from dropping off or picking up children directly in front of or near our school. Instead, we ask that you use the nearby parking lot.
• Please mark all belongings with your child’s name in roman letters.
• Please make sure any objects given to your children are easy for them to use.
• We ask that you bring any belongings in a bag with plenty of additional space.

• A complete change of clothes (Including a shirt, pants, underwear and socks)
• An A4-sized Eco-bag to bring crafts home
