Early Childhood Education・Childcare Fee Exemption・Childcare Aid
Knock Knock Preschool is a registered Ninkagai childcare service in the city of Tokyo which fulfills the standards of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
As a result, our services are eligible for government aid. Additionally, consumption tax on our preschool program fees has been exempted.

Childcare Fee Exemptions
Children 3~5 Years Old
Children that attend Ninkagai childcare facilities and are 3-5 years old receive approximately 37,000 yen in childcare subsidies on average nationwide.
Resident Tax Exempt Households With Children 0~2 Years Old
Households that are exempted from municipal resident’s tax with children from 0 to 2 years old receive approximately 42,000 yen in subsidies.

Setagaya Ward Ninkagai Childcare Facility Aid
Due to childcare waiting lists, Setagaya has implemented a childcare subsidy program for parents and guardians that send their children to Ninkagai childcare facilities.
Application Process
- Receive a certification for education/childcare aid or service/facility usage aid in Setagaya.
- Please contact us, and we will provide subsequent required documents.
- Apply for aid at the Setagaya Ward office.
