Accepting New Students for April, 2024!
Students can be enrolled in Knock Knock Preschool as long as they turn 2 years old by April 7th to 30th, 2024.

- Step. 1① Request a Free Trial
- We welcome you and your child to come in for a free trial. Feel free to observe the facility and class to see if our school best suits your child.

- Step. 2② Set Up the Date for Preschool Interview
- On the NEXT BUSINESS DAY, our main office will contact you with the available dates for your preschool interview.

- Step. 3③ Preschool Interview
- Our licensed childcare worker conducts a preschool interview to ask about your child, such as any concerns that you have for your child and his/her behavior at home. “KKP Childcare Guideline” will also be covered during the preschool interview.

- Step. 4④ Notice of Acceptance of Application
- On the NEXT BUSINESS DAY, our main office will contact you to notify you of acceptance. The enrollment will be confirmed officially when we receive your “Preschool Enrollment Forms” and confirm payment of the preschool enrollment fee. If a desired class is not available at the time, information about our “Waiting System” will also be given to you.

- Step. 5➄ Preparation to Start
- After the first day of school for your child is decided, we expect you to pay the monthly tuition. The rest of the paperwork such as “Allergy Report”, “Health Report” will be needed before the first day.

Our school offers an English education suited to each child’s age. In order to draw out each student’s potential to grow and improve at each age, our classes and schools are organized by age.
Additionally, we offer a free shuttle bus service between our schools, so students may be dropped off at the school nearest to them.

Waiting System
You may be enrolled in the waitlist when the class you desire to be enrolled has no availability.
① Join us for Trial
First Step is to Join Us for Free Trial
Please join our class as a free trial to see if the courses we offer would be a great fit for your children. Also, we would like to observe your children in terms of their English level and the behavior in class as a student.
② Sign up for the Waitlist for a specific day of the week
When you would like to sign up for the courses we offer AFTER the trial, you can sign up for the Waitlist.
③ Receive notifications when there’s availability
When a slot becomes available, you will be contacted by CALL or EMAIL.
You have up to 7 days to sign up to be officially enrolled in the course. The start date cannot be any later than 30 days; if so, the next student in the waitlist will be taking the spot.
① Start your journey at Knock Knock Preschool
If you are enrolled in the regular class, you need to complete the New Student Orientation prior to the start date.

First come, first serve if the students are waitlisted in the same category.
- You will be contacted at the end of each school term
- ¥5000 will be deducted from your next payment when enrolled in kkp courses
- Full Refund (with transaction fee covered by kkp) will be issued for Paid Waiting as you cancel when contacted by kkp at the end of school term for availability updates. If cancelled at any other times, the full amount minus the transaction fee will be refunded.
